We achieve low weight by choosing the highest quality materials for both the surface and the core. The material must be light, but at the same time strong and durable. We also reduce weight by relieving the inner foam. However, this must not be at the expense of comfort and the ability to insulate well. The choice of material and relief has a significant effect on the size of the packaged product. All our products have a double layer of insulation against air leakage, which is laminated to the upper fabric. This ensures high protection and long product life. Each mat is tested 24 hours after production, which eliminates the risk of delivery of a defective product from production.

A quantity that is increasingly used in mats. Thermal resistance – R is a physical quantity that expresses the thermal insulation properties of a material. It is directly dependent on the thickness of the material and?. The thermal resistance R expresses the resistance of 1 m2 of material against the transmission of thermal energy at a temperature difference of 1 K. Coefficient of thermal conductivity? expresses the property of a material to conduct heat. „YATE Micro Brushed” In nature, it often happens that the sleeping place is not perfectly flat, so even a comfortable mat may not fully fulfill its purpose when a man slips with a sleeping bag. For this reason, we have developed a special surface with the „Micro Brushed” treatment, which increases friction and thus prevents the sleeping bag from slipping. We use this surface for most models.
